Shortly after the body-cam footage emerged last Friday (July 6), footage had been filmed of Cassie Defoe, her son, Johnny, (left) and Gabby’s former flame, Ian Moore, fighting outside the Empress Pub on June 16.
Laundrie, who is famous for fighting on hit TV show Inbetweeners, appeared to be winning the scrap – only for the video to stop abruptly, right at the moment he strikes Petito, presumably when he felt she was reaching for her phone.
A Uxbridge Magistrates court was told the footage shows an argument developing between Petito and Johnny, with Kachinye cosseted behind, as well as Moore, Defoe and the Teletubbies star Petit’s former boyfriend Riah.

Petit, 18, was with the men at the pub in Kings Cross, near London’s Big Ben clock tower.
She is said to have struck out after Defoe threw her phone at her, which she had been paying for with free JD and Carlsberg lager to ring her friends.
Ex-Strictly Come Dancing star Aliona Vilani witnessed the attack and told the court that Petit and the others had been harassing Defoe and Petit before the footage was taken.
After the trial, Petit and her mother Stacey Walker expressed their outrage at the footage and said it was “not only a disgrace” but also “sickening and barbaric” to let Laundrie out on bail, despite him being denied bail twice.

Laundrie’s case has been adjourned until July 18 at Greenwich Magistrates’ Court, meaning he was a free man.
A spokesperson for Wandsworth Police confirmed that Laundrie was held after an application to the courts was made on 7 July.
However, the spokesperson claimed to be unable to explain why he was not remanded in custody.
Laundrie is well known for his long-running role as the bumbling chauvinist hairdresser Kevin Gnapoor in the BBC sitcom Inbetweeners.

Laundrie left the show in October 2016 – but continued to film the Inbetweeners spin-off A League of Their Own episodes.
Despite his infamy, he is known for his sense of humour.
He has previously tweeted about his own run-ins with the law, captioning a video saying: “Two wrongs don’t make a right.”
He also made headlines last year for saying the make-up of a fan’s face was “Gina Ford’s b***le side” and suggesting he sent pictures to her husband to “get her back on her toes”.
